烟台概况
烟台依山傍海、气候宜人，地处山东半岛东部，濒临渤海和黄海，与日本和朝鲜半岛隔海相望，不仅风光绮丽、海鲜遍地，还是多少人向往着的宜居城市。烟台山公园中保存了年烟台开埠后十几个国家在烟台山上建造的领事馆、教堂和邮局，各国不同的建筑风格和百余年的开埠文化尽含其中。烟台主要分岩岸和砂岸两种，海岸与海岛交相辉映，海光山色秀丽，名胜古迹众多，是游览避暑胜地。最佳旅游时间春夏最佳。建议游玩时间1-2天历史文化气候
烟台属温带季风气候，是中国少数几个北面临海的城市（其他有海口、台湾基隆，还有烟台下属的蓬莱），因而在夏季天气更加干爽凉快，冬季空气更加温润。全年平均气温12℃左右，是我国北方著名的旅游避暑和休闲度假胜地。历史烟台历史悠久，古称芝罘。《史记》记载，秦始皇统一中国后，曾三次东巡，三次登临芝罘岛；汉武帝也曾驾临芝罘行登基大典。烟台建城已有多年历史，公元年（明洪武31年），为防海寇侵扰，在芝罘筑狼烟墩台，又称“狼烟台”，烟台由此而得名。海岸特点沿海表层水温变化较外海明显且幅较大，年平均水温11～14℃之间。海水表层盐度年平均28～31%左右。潮海为正规半日潮。海岸主要分岩岸和砂岸两种，西起莱州市虎头崖，东至牟平东山北头，是曲折的岩岸，海蚀地貌显著，其余多为砂岸。海岸与海岛交相辉映，海光山色秀丽，名胜古迹众多，是游览避暑胜地。
